SECTION 14 – GOVERNING LAW

• Any dispute, difference, or claim arising out of or in connection, including its interpretation, performance, breach, termination, or validity, shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, as amended from time to time.

• The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator mutually appointed by the Parties. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Pune, Maharashtra, India. The proceedings shall be conducted in the English language. The award of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the Parties. Each Party shall bear its own costs, and the costs of arbitration shall be shared equally, unless otherwise directed in the arbitral award.
