REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

SureTax Fincare Private Limited provides professional financial and compliance-related services.

SECTION 1 – SERVICE CANCELLATION AND REFUND ELIGIBILITY

Our policy lasts 7 days from the date of payment. If 7 days have passed since your payment, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

– The services must not have been fully rendered or completed.
– You must raise a formal request for cancellation and refund with valid reasons.
– No substantial time or resources must have been spent on the assignment by our team.

Non-refundable items:

– Services that have already been delivered or are in final stages of execution.
– Downloadable reports or documentation.
– Government fees, third-party costs, or taxes paid on your behalf.
– Urgent or express processing services.

SECTION 2 – REFUND PROCESS

Once your request is received and assessed, we will notify you via email regarding approval or rejection.

If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within 7–10 working days.

SECTION 3 – LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you have not received a refund yet:

– First recheck your bank account.
– Then contact your credit card company.
– Next, contact your bank. Processing times vary.

SECTION 4 – EXCHANGES AND REPLACEMENT

Since we provide professional services and not physical products, exchanges are generally not applicable. However, if a service was deficient or incomplete, we may choose to rectify or re-perform the work at our discretion.

SECTION 5 – GIFTS OR PROMOTIONAL SERVICES

If a service was availed under a promotional offer or gifted, refunds will not be applicable.
